Biography

Lee Verhey is the Executive Director of the Committee on Tank Cars at the Railway Supply Institute (RSI). With over 46 years in the rail industry, he began his career managing railcar and locomotive maintenance. He later managed fleet operations and quality assurance for major railcar companies.

Since 2020, Lee has been with RSI, bringing extensive expertise in rail operations, regulations, and standards. His profound knowledge and decades of experience in railcar manufacturing and repair make him a distinguished leader in the industry.
